Selection of products

Browse our products using the alphabetic index or our classification according to natural products class. Use our search function for narrowing your results by name & synonyms or molecular formula & weight. The extended search allows to screen for botanical occurrence. On the detailed product pages helpful physico-chemical data, information about storage & transport conditions, safety data and customs tariff codes can be found. MSDS and exemplary COA of the current batch are available for download. Add products to the shopping basked by selecting the desired pack size and number of units. Various pack sizes of the same product can be added.

Check-our procedure

Create a customer account for future use or place your order as a guest. Complete the compulsory fields and add invoice and shipping address. Review your order and add a comment such as information about your PO number, additional invoicing information or any special requests. An e-mail with a summary of your order will be sent to you after completing the check-out.

Order confirmation

Upon receipt of your order our phyproof^® Reference Substance Team will review your order and check availability, lead times as well as shipping & payment options. A detailed order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. Should we need any additional information or should we require payment in advance, then our team will inform you accordingly. Please review your order confirmation and inform us immediately about necessary chances.

Delivery

Your order will be sent on the confirmed date. You will receive a dispatch notification including the courier tracking number of your consignment. Please keep in mind that the responsibility for local import & customs clearance procedures and related fees & taxes is with the receiver.
